Job Description:

Overview

Highlight is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to provide data analytic support for a federal customer in a disaster management environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides program planning, strategy development, program execution, evaluation, and policy development for disaster management and disaster recovery efforts
  • Leads meetings with key stakeholders to include client and project teams
  • Manage the Configuration Management/Change Management (CM) process
  • Provide expertise and support in Agile and DevSecOps

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years experience managing programs supporting disaster recovery and disaster management
  • Masters Degree
  • Experience providing consulting and SME level support for large federal programs
  • Knowledge of data analytics, Geographic Information System (GIS) and spatial analysis
  • Expertise in managing Configuration Management/Change Management (CM) process
  • Experience supporting Agile and DevSecOps

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with the following products: ArcGIS Hub, Tableau, MS Azure, MS365, PowerBI workspace
  • Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning (ML)
