Job Description:
Shift: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) Receives incoming material, supplies, and maintains copies of packing slips and proof of delivery documents. Receives materials and supplies electronically into Accounts Receivable system. Verify, identify, and label materials for production orders. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with procurement staff to identify expected deliveries
  • Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
  • Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
  • Inspect contents for damage and document as required
  • Enter receipts into PeopleSoft/JDE with accuracy of 99% or greater
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
  • Review production schedule for any material requirements
  • Identify, calculate, and assign materials to production orders with accuracy of 99% or greater
  • Enter material and warehouse location for production orders in scheduling system with accuracy of 99% or greater
  • Unload incoming trucks via electric pallet jack
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • The minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent, with strong math skills.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
  • Ability to read, interpret and create simple correspondence and memos.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer operations knowledge.
  • Forklift certification, stand-up and sit down, required; or, receive certification within 30 days of hire
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
  • Environment is a printing and manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, ink, solvents, vapors and loud noise.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs. repetitively throughout shift.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 100% of shift on a concrete floor.
  • Requires frequent bending, standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Must be able to visually inspect product and packaging as well as labels.
