Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a growing law firm in Brentwood, California, to find an experienced Discovery/Trial Paralegal. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the litigation process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in preparing for trial and discovery proceedings.

The ideal Paralegal candidate will have 4+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience and a proficiency in propounding and responding to discovery and preparing for trials.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing written discovery, including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admissions.
  • Drafting and serving Notice of Settlements.
  • Compiling document productions with bates stamping.
  • Preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits, binders, witness lists, jury instructions, etc.
  • Communicating with clients, particularly regarding discovery responses.

This position is fully on-site in Brentwood, California. The work hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Paid parking is available.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $30 to $40, depending on experience and qualifications.
