Our hotel is hiring a Dish Steward/Prep Cook. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. This position is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in preparing food and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas. Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification • In good physical condition with excellent health • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
