Dish Washers at Copper Vine are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of plateware, silverware, utensils, tools, pots and pans. Your responsibilities may also include:
- Taking out garbage and trash to dumpster area.
- Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking and washing equipment, walls and floors.
- Assembling and breaking down dish machines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Receiving orders, putting them away, following FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Perform minor food preparation tasks.
- Taking out the dirty linen bag.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
- Ability to organize and place cooking equipment and plateware back where it belongs.
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments.
