You as a dishwasher/busser are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation for all tables (inside and outside), tableware, glassware, serving dishes, and serving utensils. The dishwasher/busser is also responsible for keeping the dish machines and dish areas clean, sanitized, and safe according to the expectations of the company and state food safety regulations.RequirementsHow you can help us deliver a world-class experience to our customers:

Clear tables quickly ensuring that each table is ready for our next customer.

Work with dishwashing equipment to ensure that everything that our customers use are clean and spotless.

Assist the waitstaff in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of spectacular.

Keep the serving stations well-stocked.

Wipe down tables, chairs, and countertops.

Work with the front of house team, providing support and assistance to ensure that every guest leaves with a great experience.

Keep the dining area clean and organized, ensuring that the flow of service remains smooth and uninterrupted.

Work Environment:We perform in fast paced environment working as a team.Physical Demands:This is a largely active role and requires being on your feet for most of the working shift. Must be able to bend, twist and lift stacks of heavy dishes up to 30 lbs. continuously and carry items up and down stairs for an 8 + hour shift.Expected Hours of Work:This is a part-time position. Our hours are varied and can be anywhere from Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12 a.m.Toppling Goliath is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
