Job Type Part-timeDescriptionPosition: Dishwasher Department: Food & BeverageHours: Varied, Seven days a weekESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The overriding and most important function of each and every employee is to either directly (by interacting with the guest) or indirectly (by providing the key support role to the guest experience) strive to provide the finest in friendly service and quality products.
- Washing all dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other restaurant and kitchen items, by use of dishwashing machine and, at times, by hand
- Mopping floors
- Cleaning bustubs and buscarts
- Cleaning employee break room
- Help maintain overall cleanliness of kitchen area
- Use of cleaning agents
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed or may be required to assist in other departments
RequirementsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work on feet majority of shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds hip high, and frequently 20 pounds hip high
- Must be able to work near hot surfaces
- Must be positive, energetic & helpful toward fellow employees and guests
- Must follow all procedures and guidelines as stated in the employee handbook
- Must be flexible in work schedule
