Faro Uccello, Founder of UHG, opened the first Uccellos Ristorante in 1996. Since then, Uccello's has grown into 6 successful locations and has become a staple in the West Michigan community. We didn't want to stop there... In 2016, we launched our fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, and have since opened a second location.
With our continuous growth, we are looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced individuals interested in developing their Culinary and Hospitality careers.
**The successful applicant will have:**
* Previous experience working in a high volume kitchen
* Availability on weekends (mandatory)
* Flexible scheduling
* 6+ months of dishwashing experience
* Be able to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment

**Requirements**
No previous restaurant experience required.
Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time.
Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
