**Full time:$15 an hour**Benefits will be offered once hired on with client.A dishwasher's job isto keep a kitchen clean and organized, and to ensure that dishes are clean and ready for use by cooks and servers.Dishwashers may work in restaurants, hotels, or cafs.Their responsibilities include:Washing dishesUsing dishwashers or by hand, dishwashers wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.They may also scrape excess food off dishes before loading them into the dishwasher, and use a high-pressure wand to remove sauces and food particles.Storing dishesDishwashers put clean dishes in the proper storage areas, such as cabinets and shelves.They also stock serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators with dishes and utensils.Maintaining the kitchenDishwashers keep the kitchen clean and organized, and maintain clean, dry floors.They may also clean trash receptacles with water or steam.Setting up dish stationsDishwashers set up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks. Other dutiesDishwashers may also help prepare food for cooking and serving, or clean other areas of the front of the house, such as floors, bar floors, restrooms, and trash cans.Dishwashers should be able to lift and carry heavy items, stand for long periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment.They should also be comfortable with cleaning chemicals, and have good attention to detail, teamwork skills, and problem-solving skills.
