ABOUT THE ROLE: The Dishwasher/ Utility Tech is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen by cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and food/non-food supplies. - Perform under the direction of Supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non food supplies.
- Set up the dish and pot washing area.
- Prepare for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils.
- Distribute and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils.
- Clean and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
