Position RequirementsPosition Responsibilities:- Work closely with the marketing team, clinical leaders, and executive leadership to plan and execute the annual events calendar.
- Manage event schedules, deadlines, and contract agreements for national, regional, and local events.
- Oversee event budgets, track costs, and generate reports for individual events.
- Manage third-party vendors, including show organizers, on-site service providers, creative services vendors, and promotional vendors.
- Collaborate with booth design agencies to create innovative event experiences.
- Manage the intake and reporting of post-event leads, ensuring ROI tracking for talent acquisition events.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including collateral, promotional items, shipping, payments, booth setup and teardown, stakeholder registration, and travel.
- Develop event sponsorships by building relationships with organizations such as AANA and ASA.
- Proficient or willing to manage a range of digital tools, including SharePoint, Hootsuite, Canva, and Viva Engage.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong organizational and process management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience managing social media platforms and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Creative booth design experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time, particularly in the second half of the year.
