SummaryResponsible for the sanitation of food service utensils and service-ware, floor mats, service carts, dishwashing/pots machinery area. Participates in preparation for and calling of patient meal service tray-lines, empties garbage, collects/washes in a timely manner service-ware from cafeteria service, patient service, and special function service. Assists unit stock per daily stocking sheets as needed. The population served by this position is in the pediatric to geriatric age group, primarily in the 20 - 65 year old category.
