Position Title: DishwasherReports To: F&B DirectorEmployment Status: Seasonal; Full & Part-timeJob Summary:This dishwasher and general utility position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of cookware and cooking utensils, using the dish machine and manual cleaning methods. Joining our Back of the House team offers a fast paced, fun and energetic work environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in dish racks to send through the dish machine• Sort and stack clean dishes, transport clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas• Washes pots and pans by hand in 3-compartment sink following the correct order of wash, rinse & sanitize• Set-up and break-down dishwashing area properly, thoroughly cleaning the dish machine• Maintains cleanliness in all areas of front and back of house as needed• Other duties might include, but are not limited to prep work, runner, stocking• All other duties as assignedJob Requirements:• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time• Good communication and intrapersonal skills• Ability to be organized in a changing environment• Must be able to read and fully understand labels on chemicals• Available to work weekends and eveningsMore about this position:Pay: $16 to $18 per hour depending on experiencePosition available: Part-time, Full-Time/Full-Time Seasonal and Temporary (weekends and/or holiday) available.Hours: 8am to 6pm including holidays and weekendsBrundage Mountain Resort is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer committed to creating an environment of diversity and inclusion for equal employment and advancement opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
