This position will be responsible for properly washing and storing all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the department, as well as maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ OUTCOMES Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms, screens and baskets Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly, including removing any paper and hosing down interior Checks machine regularly to ensure its correct operation and reports any defects immediately Washes and stores in proper place all dishes, trays, utensils, cups and small equipment for the department Checks water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature Perform other related responsibilities as needed Part-time position transitioning into full-time as busy season approaches Availability on nights and weekends required #earlycareers KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE HS Diploma or GED Experience in the food service industry or as a di...Dishwasher, Restaurant, Grocery
