Stores clean utensils, dishes and glassware in proper places.Keeps dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition. Reports any malfunctions or breakdowns of equipment to the Dining Services Director.Sweeps and mops kitchen area and waitress stations and cleans filters over stove area.May assist servers with serving and bringing dishes to kitchen when necessary.QualificationsHigh school Diploma or GED preferredAttends all in-service education programs mandated by Corporate SSL, State and Federal guidelines#J-18808-Ljbffr
