Key Responsibilities: • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dishwasher • Sort and stack clean dishes • Transfer clean dishes to cookâ€'s line and other proper storage areas • Wash pots, pans and trays by hand • Remove trash and garbage to dumpster • Set up or break down dishwashing area • Clean and roll/unroll mats • Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions • Sweep/mop floors • Clean restaurant and restrooms as directed • Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry

Education and/or Experience: - Must be at least 16 years of age

Essential Physical Functions: • Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of (20) hours a week. • Ability to stand/walk for (7) hours per day. • Must be able to lift and carry up to (45) lbs. • Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry. • Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors. • Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic. • Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, and seafood
