Job Description: Beloved Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant DJ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the DJ industry. As an Assistant DJ, you will support our lead DJs in preparing and executing events, ensuring that every detail is perfect and the crowd is always engaged.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead DJs with event setup and breakdown, including equipment management and sound checks
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure seamless event execution
• Curate playlists and organize music libraries
• Operate DJ equipment during events under the supervision of the lead DJ
• Engage with guests and take song requests
• Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism throughout events
• Help troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
• Stay updated on the latest music trends and DJ technology

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a DJ or in a related role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of various music genres and trends
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical aptitude with DJ equipment and software (e.g., Serato, Rekordbox)
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
