Allied Resources is looking for a Dispatcher who will directs and dispatches personnel to respond to service problems and emergencies. This is a full-time long-term contract opportunity located in Allentown, PA that offers a competitive base salary up to $60,000, strong benefits plan,

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and dispatch work crews to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
• Informs Operators of critical information to ensure the most effective and safe response to customers.
• Interact with the emergency centers in a professional manner and ensure all required information is collected to respond to emergencies in the most efficient and safest way possible.
• Receives and handles calls during emergency conditions and service interruptions.

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of experience working in a Customer Service based position.
• High School Diploma/Associate's Degree.
• General understanding of electrical distribution system.
• Ability to obtain NERC/CIP PSP clearance.
