YOUR LIFE DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This position typically works a full-time schedule with the flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation from increased calls during summer and winter.
In this Dispatch / Customer Service Rep role, we rely on you to coordinate with our service technicians to help ensure our customers are taken care of and fully satisfied. Each day, you focus on maximizing scheduling efficiency while keeping our customers happy and confident in working with us. You effectively determine our customers' needs and assign our HVAC or plumbing technicians to the jobs based on skill and availability. Further, you work hard to make sure our service experts are meeting revenue goals. When services are completed, you review invoices and engage in a follow-up call with the customer. At the end of the day, you take pride in the role you play on our team, and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in happy customers and successful operations!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
