Managing truck driver's schedules and routes in order to meet service level commitments. Ensuring all shipping documents are accurate per the customer's expectations. Reviewing truck driver's logging data and ensuring all vehicles are DOT compliant. Handling customer complaints and inquiries. Coordinate local vendor pickups Work closely with operations on all outbound customer orders and internal transfers to meet company standards. YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU Meet the Minimum Qualifications - You have at least 1 year of dispatcher experience, preferably in the industrial supply field with a High School Diploma Experience ensuring timely delivery of goods and customer satisfaction with services provided. Ability to correspond with external and internal clients and vendors professionally and effectively via phone, email, and written correspondence. Excellent attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment. Maintain Company information in a confidential manner. Demonstrate excellence in both oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate well over the telephone.
