  • This is a hybrid remote/in-person opportunity based in Stevensville, Maryland. The position can be fully remote for the right candidate who already has 2+ years of working fully remotely, has their own equipment and reliable high speed internet; is a quick learner who can work independently; and has demonstrable experience in sales/estimating (preferably in construction or handyman vericals)

Job Responsibilities As Dispatch Manager / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for inbound customer sales/education while organizing work and project schedules for our craftsmen. This will require that you provide customers with information and expert advice on our services, pricing, and availability. You will also provide logistical support for our craftsmen, helping them with material ordering and scheduling efficiencies. Your specific duties in this role will include:
  • Respond to job leads in a timely manner
  • Utilizing Service Titan dispatching & schedule management software to co-ordinate craftsmen and projects
  • Returning customers calls as needed and following up with past customers
  • Performing paperwork and administrative duties
  • Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Must be dependable: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5pm Eastern Time
Job Requirements We are looking for professionals who are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong customer service and administrative background and multi-tasking skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and our craftsmen. You will also need a strong solution-focused attitude and be quick on your feet. Specific qualifications for the role include:
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and be based in the United States of America
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of customer service and/or administrative assistant/scheduling experience - 2+ in the trades
  • 2+ years of recent Service Titan experience
  • Demonstrable 80+% Booking Rate
  • Comfortable with sales and pricing/estimating
  • Adaptive to technology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Sales and/or Marketing - a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plus
