The financial insights gleaned inform our leadership of opportunities for improvement to help make decisions that grow our business and keep our customers connected.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONThe Corporate Aircraft FAA licensed dispatcher is responsible for the scheduling and dispatch, revising and cancelling of company-owned aircraft and externally chartered aircraft. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of trip planning, including preparing and coordinating aircraft schedules according to crew and aircraft availability, mechanical requirements, weather, customer/employee requests, and government regulations.WHAT OUR CORPORATE AIRCRAFT FAA LICENSED DISPATCHERS ENJOY MOSTSpecific duties include, but are not limited to, ground handling, crew assignment, flight following, hotel and ground transportation, fuel procurement, flight data entry, and associated FAA, IRS, ESG, and SEC record keeping and reporting. This position is also responsible for office administrative duties for services, equipment, and facilities for the department.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsThis position maintains a high level of expertise in worldwide regulatory compliance, Company policies, departmental processes, and established Standard Operating Procedures. Applicant must possess a valid FAA Dispatcher License and have 5+ years of experience in either a corporate or commercial aviation setting. Qualified candidates should also have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Aviation Dispatching. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
