Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound service calls for residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Scheduling and prioritizing service calls, dispatching technicians to customer sites.
- Providing timely and professional confirmation of service arrival times.
- Partnering with technicians to ensure they have accurate information, guaranteeing high-quality, efficient work.
- Rescheduling and reassigning calls to accommodate urgent or high-priority needs.
- Following up with customers to update them on ongoing work and gather feedback.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
