Job Overview:

Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health.

Qualifications:

Required:

* 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Basic Life Support (CPR)

* Basic Telecommunicator

* IAED EMD

* HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness

* ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Preferred:

* Associates degree

* ACPE-SPO

Certifications and Licenses Required:

* Basic Life Support (CPR)

* New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or National Registry EMT Basic

* Basic Telecommunicator

* IAED EMD

* HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness

* ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Scheduling Requirements:

* Full-Time, Nights

* 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

* Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health

* Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9-1-1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources
