Dispatcher Analyst/CSR BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Dispatcher Analyst/CSR for an opportunity which is located in Austin, TX[Remote].Position Title: Dispatcher Analyst/CSRLocation: Austin, TX Anticipated Start Date: 12/2/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 9+ Months [With the possibility of Extension] Job Type: [CONTRACT], [Remote] (Local to Austin, TX only) Pay Range: $20/Hr on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description:

  • Dispatcher Analyst is responsible for daily efforts in delivering intra-day management with in promoting resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • High school degree or GED required,
  • 2 years of college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Interact professionally with Internal/External staff to provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.
  • Process to completion 100% of assigned applications utilizing documented work instructions daily to reduce minimum impact to any service level agreements.
  • Key functional responsibility includes the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how planning/forecasting staffing requirements translate to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time (intra-day) management to support multi-department operations
