JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting in the everyday duties of the warehouse including coordinating incoming/outgoing carriers, confirming load data in JD Edwards, communicating with Material Handlers regarding loads/carriers. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Coordinating incoming/outgoing loads and carriers. o Check in outbound drivers using the Driver Check-in sheet and determine what load the driver is delivering or picking up & checking in inbound drivers using the receipt sticker raw materials and finished goods. o Updating Yard Management - Add/Remove trailers from the Yard Management screen in JDE. o Sort all inbound paperwork to ensure its complete. This involves checking the Trailer Schedule to ensure the Line ID is highlighted and used. * Confirm loads that are picked up and verify in JD Edwards. Create BOL's for completed loads - Use JDE to create the BOL and sign/enter all information needed onto the BOL. * Look into Shortages - When an order is short product, help investigate the issue and see if the product is in the warehouse. * Work with WI QA and RT QA to get things off hold for orders. * ST/OT Process - Help create ST/OT for outside manufacturing, correct issues as needed. * Cycle Counting - Help count locations to ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse. * Chep Process - Verify Chep count is correct and enter in EDI system and Chep portfolios. Receiving in of Chep and creating the correct paperwork/Emailing inventory to get Chep adjusted in Chep portal. * Operates forklift, may operate Box Clamp. * Assists in receipt, storage and outgoing loads of finished goods. Product Security Sensitive - As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons, and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these outbound shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.) * High School graduation/GED plus 2-3 years of logistics, warehouse support and forklift experience. * MS Office and effective communication skills required. Working knowledge of JD Edwards and previous dispatching experience desired. Qualifications Education High School (required) Experience 2 - 3 years: High School graduation/GED plus 2-3 years of logistics, warehouse support and forklift experience. * MS Office and effective communication skills required. Working knowledge of JD Edwards and previous dispatching experience desired.
