Position Overview:

As a Dispatcher - Customer Care Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service operations by managing client communications and dispatching Technicians to address service requests. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and more, providing timely and accurate support. Staying organized and detail-oriented is crucial as you'll also be managing service call records and acting as the key communication hub between customers and the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary dispatcher for B2B customer inquiries, coordinating service calls and ensuring prompt, efficient resolutions.
  • Dispatch Technicians to service locations, ensuring timely responses to client needs across multiple communication channels (phone, email, fax).
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of service dispatches and customer interactions to ensure smooth internal operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer account management by updating CRM records, processing orders, and performing administrative tasks related to service requests.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatch, or client support, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferred) and basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
