Job Description
Client Profile- A Miami based national locksmith company founded in 1992, specializing in servicing auto auctions, car rental agencies, used car dealers, and corporate fleets.
Job Summary- The dispatcher is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer service with internal and external clients. Must be able to service clients in the areas of repossessions and vehicle remarketing.
Duties- Confer with customers in order to address questions, problems; resolve issues as they arise and follow up with customer to confirm resolution.
- Prepare daily work schedules and orders including entering repossession consignments and or processing of electronically received consignments.
- Monitor inventory and purge aged inventory on a regular base. Keep track of assignments on hold or closed by clients request.
- Serve as a liaison between client, debtor and agent.
- Proactively communicate with clients including reporting repossessions to client per request.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned including clerical duties (filing, copying and administrative support.
- Audit invoices, condition reports, sales and expense documents, inventory reports and sale information to clients.
- Must maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support and the ability to answer or research in order to provide and answer to client.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, data bases, etc.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent, some college is preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing customer service, repossession and or rermarketing.
- On the job experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically inputting information into a document; database experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; strong organizational skills
- Strong business skills and keen to attention to detail
- Personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle confidential data
- Thrive in a fast paced environment with coaching support

- Above average decision making and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- M-F 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch) Breakroom onsite
- Starting hourly pay $16.00 (based one experience); competitive health insurance and benefits when eligible
