We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:
- Identify orders via zip codes and assign to the correct driver through dispatching software
- Utilize labels and specifically numbers to identify packages and reconcile orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving contractors and territory
Qualifications:
- Sit for long periods of time
- Work on computers for long periods of time
- Strong computer based knowledge (Excel knowledge a Must)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Excellent followup skills
