DUTIES:Fulfill an administrative role by filing the appropriate paperwork, monitoring driver progress, processing orders and managing driver concerns.Follow company policies and procedures on getting work doneCoordinating and managing the pickup and delivery of ground-transported cargo.Negotiating the best rates with vendors, the most cost-effective delivery options with customers, and the most efficient routes with drivers, all while answering phones when drivers need assistance.Qualifications and SkillsCustomer service experience a plus.Ability to create, maintain, and enter information into database.Warm personality with excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks assigned.
