What You\'ll Do You\'ll be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly. You will: Assess and assign all open events. Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event. Assign the appropriate and nearest service provider to make requested repairs. Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival and follow instructions according to their requirements. Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider\'s estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs. Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise. Who You Are You are a proactive problem solver who is eager to grow their career in the automotive industry. Here\'s what else you bring to the table: Minimum: High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as an advanced degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.
