We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher with experience in both dispatching and customer service to join our dynamic team.

**Job Description:**

As a Coach Bus and Sprinter Van Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the daily operations of our transportation services. You will be responsible for managing schedules, dispatching vehicles, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and dispatch coach buses and sprinter vans according to scheduled routes, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.

- Communicate effectively with drivers, providing them with necessary information and instructions for their routes.

- Monitor vehicle locations and status using GPS and other tracking systems to ensure adherence to schedules.

- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including trip logs, driver assignments, and vehicle maintenance schedules.

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are properly serviced and ready for operation.

- Assist in developing and optimizing routes to improve efficiency and reduce travel time.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

- Respond to emergency situations, coordinating with drivers and emergency services as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers and drivers.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in transportation, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

- At least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, making quick and sound decisions.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the job.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
