Job Description: Dispatcher Location: North San Diego, CA
Pay: $18 - $21 / hr. As a Technician Dispatcher with Corky's Pest Control, you are responsible for efficiently routing Technician's daily scheduled jobs. The successful candidate for this position will adapt to last minute schedule changes, inputting emergency and prescheduled jobs in real time.
Position Responsibilities: - Ability to provide exceptional service by organizing routes efficiently based on the location of the Technician Service jobs
- Making a large volume of calls to internal and external customers
- Provides excellent customer service by confirming appointments for same day and next day pest services
- Efficiently routing jobs by utilizing your knowledge of the area and Virtual Manager
- Independently prioritizing jobs as required
Position Requirements: - High School Diploma/GED required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Follow up skills are essential, with the ability to quickly adapt to change
- 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in dispatch
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Experience with various PC programs - Microsoft Office Suite, Google maps, Virtual Route Manager
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes Saturdays
