- Manage and organize the daily schedules of drivers, vehicles, or personnel to ensure timely operations
- Maintain constant communication with drivers or field personnel to provide updates, instructions, and address any issues that arise during their shifts
- Allocate tasks and jobs to drivers or field personnel based on availability, proximity, and priority, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Accurately record all communications, assignments, and incidents that occur during the shift, maintaining detailed records for future reference
- Answer and make calls to coordinate activities, provide instructions, and handle any issues that arise during the shift
- Sunday-Thursday work week
