Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls.
- Create job deliveries and transfers.
- Accurately complete dispatch log sheets.
- Accurately Create Sales Orders/Delivery Tickets for Outgoing, Incoming, Transfer and Revenue Jobs.
- Ensure Requisitions/Purchase Orders are completed completely and thoroughly.
- Complete repair tickets as needed.
- Understand the customer's needs and have the ability to lay out jobs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years Fishing/Rental product line experience.
- Understanding of proper inventory management and controls.
- Good understanding of Fishing and Rental Product line and associated applications
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and have proficient computer skills
- Works well in a high pace environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sitting.
- Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions.
- Must have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs and be on a on -call rotation.
- Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements.
