We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dispatcher to join our team full-time. About Dish Satellite Services: Dish Satellite Services is a leading provider of satellite television and internet services, offering a wide range of entertainment options to customers across the country. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer support. Working hours: Four 10 hour days a week. 8am - 6pm, We do work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming service requests and inquiries from customers and technicians Schedule and dispatch technicians to various job sites using efficient routing and scheduling techniques Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service installations, repairs, and maintenance Monitor job progress and update customers on technician arrival times, delays, or other relevant information Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and customer interactions Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as necessary Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Continuously strive to optimize dispatching processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient computer skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required Ability to pass a background check.
