• Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians in a timely manner.
• Manage and optimize technician routing to maximize efficiency and meet service expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and address inquiries.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with management to track performance metrics and improve service operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in dispatching or a similar role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
