  • Dispatching and coordinating our DME Technicians' delivery routes to maximize efficiency, timeliness, and patient satisfaction
  • Responding to inbound calls from clients and patients to help coordinate equipment delivery, pick-up, and maintenance
  • Maintaining inbound and outbound communication with DME Technicians to verify order receipts, relaying pertinent information to necessary parties
  • Consistently monitoring various communication channels to determine necessary action or communication required to fulfill company obligations
What are we looking for?
  • Individuals with a high attention-to-detail and strong multitasking abilities to effectively navigate a multitude of programs, windows, and tabs on multiple computer monitors
  • Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction through a variety of challenging situations
  • Proficient prioritization and organization abilities when faced with more than one deadline, timeframe, or responsibility at once
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate with patients, clients, internal DME Technicians, and Operations
  • A demonstrated ownership of one's own work as it relates to scheduling and/or dispatching orders, researching, and independent problem-solving
  • Reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot
