We specialize in HVAC & Plumbing residential service, maintenance and installation, and due to continued growth and expansion we are in need of an additional dispatcherYou'll help schedule service and maintenance and repair calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Responsibilities
- Maintains the service technicians schedules and dispatches technicians as service calls are completed
- Scheduled technicians return trips with customer to complete jobs after parts arrive
- Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask
- Maintain on-call schedule for service technicians as after hours service procedures
- Dispatch for Profits - Best technician for the job
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of HVAC/Plumbing & Electrical Customer Service/Dispatch Experience Desired
- Flexible to work overtime in heavy demand season
- A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers
- Ability to provide a up beat positive demeanor with the technicians for their success
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good computer skills needed
- Positive Attitude and team player a MUST!
