We are growing and looking for a full-time dispatcher with integrity and professionalism to join our team in Opelika, Alabama. The work hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, plus an on-call rotation. Our dispatch team works diligently to ensure that our technicians get to their calls and that our customers know when they will be arriving. This position plays a vital role in making sure our customers are receiving exceptional service. What You will be doing:
- Effectively communicate with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have
- Organize and assign calls to techs and dispatch techs out
- Book calls when necessary
- Build installs and book estimates
- Debrief calls and input all information from call into system
- Develop the necessary skills to navigate Spectrum and utilize it properly (prior knowledge of this is preferred)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of dispatch work experience required
- Customer service and phone experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Required 40+ WPM
