Responsibilities of our next Dispatcher:- Learn the business and learn how to prioritize a schedule
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Ability to work independently.
- Participate in daily huddles and training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate work orders according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as progress of the technician to managers and customers
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Preparing daily work such as schedules
- Preparing work orders for technicians
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
Requirements for our next Dispatcher:- 2 years of Dispatching experience required
- Experience in a residential home service setting MANDATORY
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
- Excellent ability to multi-task
