We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for full-time, experienced and skillful dispatchers to join our dynamic team. Position is based out of our Succasunna, NJ location. Qualifications: - Excellent Customer Service skills - Pro-Active and Self-Motivated - Above average computer skills - Must be proficient in Excel, Word, dispatch software, and GPS systems - Must be reliable and able to dedicate the time necessary to complete all tasks - Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and customers Dispatcher(s) will report to the Senior Dispatcher and assist in the coordination of all necessary daily activities related to company logistics operations. This may include scheduling deliveries, communicating with customers, entering delivery tickets, scheduling vehicle maintenance, monitoring vehicle and driver compliance, and other logistics related processes. Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities *Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. *Must be able to communicate effectively and cooperate with others. *Must be able to deal tactfully with customers. *Must be organized, motivated and a real go-getter. *Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays. *Must have the ability to productively work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. *Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus.
