A Little About Your Day:
- From day to day, you will coordinate and log routes for the morning and afternoon deliveries, while providing continuous information and support to drivers throughout the day.
- You will provide information to other branches throughout the day such as delivery times, signature captures, picture captures, and package refusals.
- Operating with a strong attention to detail, you will track orders through computer programs, prioritizing the most critical and ensuring they are prepared in a timely manner to facilitate on time delivery schedules.
- To maximize safety, you will maintain all fleet inspections, as well as coordinate appointments pertaining to repairs and other maintenance.
What You'll Need to Have:
- As a foundation, at least one to three years in a dispatch-related role, preferably in a distribution center.
- At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license. Your Motor Vehicle Record must show a record of sustained safe driving with no moving violations in the last three years.
