- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate.
- Some experience in bus transportation operations and/or general office administration.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of radio and phone communication procedures.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to operate a two-way radio.
- Ability to speak clearly.
- Proficiency in the use of technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
- Dispatch-related experience (such as dispatch in school or mass transportation, commercial trucking, or 911/emergency services).
