As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing schedules and coordinating field technicians.Weekly PayResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Assign field technicians to service calls and manage their schedules efficiently.Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain updated records.Utilize Microsoft Office and other software for logistics and scheduling tasks.Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery.Support electrical and construction-related service dispatches.Essential SkillsThree years of customer service and/or field service logistics experience.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.Experience in home services or construction is preferred.ServiceTitan experience is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.A proactive approach to problem-solving.Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
