Prince Telecom LLC is looking for a new dispatcher team member responsible for communicating with customers, subscribers, technicians and other company representatives to assist and resolve field related inquiries or problems. Access and input information in the customer's database. Perform pre and post calls to subscribers. May prepare reports or perform other similar duties as requested.
