What We Need:

F.H. Furr is seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

* Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects

* Prioritize service requests based on urgency and location

* Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

* Coordinate with the team to allocate resources for emergency calls

* Monitor field technicians' progress and adjust schedules as needed

* Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician activities

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities

* Familiarity with scheduling software or dispatching systems (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and relay information

* Meet all attendance and dependability requirements

Schedule:

* Full time

* Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm

* Additional shift Saturday/Sunday 8am - 5pm
