Apply today!Pay: $18 to $20 per hourHours: First shift only, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMAs a Dispatcher, you will schedule and dispatch drivers, equipment, and service vehicles based on customer requests and contract requirements using TRS, SAMSARA, and other company systems. You will manage repairs when breakdowns occur, coordinate Com-Checks and Purchase Orders as needed, and relay work orders, messages, and information between drivers, supervisors, and the shop. Additionally, you'll prepare daily reports, ensure compliance with postal schedules, maintain accurate databases, and track driver vacations and call-offs. You will verify logs and time cards, perform regular yard checks to ensure equipment is properly tagged, and prepare incident reports as needed. - Experience in freight forwarding, dispatch, and data entry.
