*TEKsystems is currently hiring for a manufacturing and distribution company in Swedesboro, NJ for a dispatcher. This position will be supporting the transportation department with scheduling and routing deliveries. All applicants with warehouse and/or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. This position is a contract-to-hire and includes a full time work schedule, company benefits and room for growth with-in the organization.* *Description:* - Communicating all day to day updates pertinent to the shipping and receiving department. - Scheduling inbound receiving appointments via phone and email. - Processing inbound and outbound orders. - Learning and keeping up with all dispatcher SOP and responsibilities. - Communicating and interacting with all company and inbound drivers. - Verbally communicate with truck drivers all necessary information. - Proper tracking of arrival and departure times must be completed and accurate - Handling bills of lading for completed loads. *Qualifications:* - Customer service experience - Warehouse or distribution experience preferred - Computer skills - Ability to work nights and weekends *Additional Details:* - Schedule: Friday-Monday - Shift: 9pm-7:30am - OT available *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.20 - $18.20 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Swedesboro,NJ. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Dec 20, 2024.About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
