Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reefer Dispatcher at AGY Logistics LOCKPORT IL. The Reefer Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating reefer shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation operations.

Qualifications

Applicants with experience ONLY !!!! Minimum 3 years With Company Drivers !!!!!

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry
• Knowledge of reefer operations and temperature-sensitive shipments
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
